Welcome to the Tico Time Bluegrass Festival 2024 Work Exchange Program

Work at Tico Time Bluegrass Festival 2024 in exchange for your ticket to the event!  Work with your friends, request to be scheduled around your favorite performances and in addition to an event pass, receive a spot to camp and an incredible behind-the-scenes adventure!

We have a variety of roles available for festival volunteers. If you’re interested in helping out in our Work Exchange Department, we’d love to have you on board.

The festival relies on wonderful volunteers like you who dedicate their time to make it a success. We value friendliness in all positions, as it helps create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone involved. Shift placement is based on a first-come, first-served basis, but we do give priority to returning volunteers who have helped us in the past. This is a fun opportunity to meet new people, gain valuable work experience, or contribute to a musical community.
